Payments & Cancellations
Payments. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $750 reserves your place on the tour. Final payment is due sixty (60) days prior to the tour departure date. Final payment is calculated by subtracting your $750 deposit from the trip cost.
Payment can be made by check, Zelle, wire transfer or through PayPal. Payments through PayPal will be assessed an additional 4.5 % fee. Wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender.

Cancellation by You. If you cancel 30 days or more before the tour departure date, you will be refunded 50% of the overall trip cost less the US $750 non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit. A refund is not available if you cancel less than 30 days before the tour departure date.
We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Any questions regarding coverage should be addressed directly to the travel insurance underwriter.
Cancellation by Global Heart Journeys. Global Heart Journeys reserves the right to cancel the tour because of inadequate enrollment or because of our concerns with respect to the safety, health or welfare of our travelers. If Global Heart Journeys cancels the tour, our liability is limited to a full refund of your payments to us and we will not be liable for any other costs, damages or refunds of any kind for any loss, delay, inconvenience or expense.
